R&D Formula Renault Testing - T/C 

• The driver must complete minimum 5 hours training at F1 simulator zone at KL Tower.
• Only those who are qualified and approved by our Team Experts are allowed to do the testing of the FR car at the SIC on a specific date scheduled by our Team Experts – this would be subject to the track availability.
• The driver has to be in a complete racing outfit and it must be approved by the FIA and for those who don’t have the racing outfit, it could be rented from us with a special membership price.
• Before entering the Formula Renault test day, the driver must be in an excellent health condition and the fitness level would be endorsed by our team principal.
• During the racing period, the driver will be held responsible for any damages caused due to his action.
• The driver will also be held responsible for any damage that occurs due to his negligence inside and outside of the track.
• The driver is required to follow the flag rules at all time and failure to do so will result in him/ she being penalized by the SIC marshal.
• If there are any incident or accident happened during the testing period, it would be the full responsibility of the driver. The management, organizer, SIC, R & D Engineering or Erain Motorsport would not be held responsible for any fatal incidents caused by the driver including death.
• The driver must sign our INDEMNITY FORM before he/she enters the testing.
• Any personnel wishing to drive the Formula Renault must present their full driving license and sign the agreement prior to driving.
• Full payment is required to be made prior to 3 weeks before the testing day.
• A 20% of non-refundable deposit of the car total rental value will be charged at the time of the reservation/booking made.).
• A re-fundable deposit of RM 20,000 is required when registering for the driving experience and the amount is to be paid via Credit Card or in Cash terms ONLY.
• Any cancellation notice must be given in writing 14 days prior to the testing event and failing to do so will result in 100% of the deposit being forfeited.
